Former US President Donald Trump held a controversial campaign rally in the heart of New York City, a place he has almost no chance of winning in the upcoming November presidential election.
Middle East Eye was there to speak to his MAGA supporters about why they want him back for a second term and how they think he would handle Israel’s escalating war in Gaza and Lebanon.
His opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, has been under intense scrutiny over the US's policy on Israel's war on Gaza, which has killed more than 43,000 Palestinians.
