Nineteen injured in a car-ramming incident in Israel

At least 19 people were injured on Monday in a ramming and stabbing incident in the central Israeli city of Ra'anana.

Among the injured at least one person is in a critical condition and two people in serious condition, according to the Israeli daily Haaretz.

Not much is known about the identity of the attacker.

A witness to the suspected attack, which unfolded at several locations within the city, told Haaretz that she "saw someone stab three people near the mall. [The attacker] stole a car and ran over other people."

This is a developing story.
