Egypt’s ambitious $53bn plan to rebuild Gaza details extensive redevelopment efforts, according to a document seen by Reuters on Tuesday.
The 112-page proposal outlines new urban landscapes, featuring AI-generated images of housing complexes, gardens and community centres.

The early recovery phase, spanning six months, focuses on clearing rubble and setting up temporary housing.

In the first two years, 200,000 housing units will be constructed.
