Egypt’s Sisi accuses Israel of holding up aid to Gaza

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi said on Wednesday that Israel is obstructing the process of aid deliveries through the Rafah crossing between Egypt and Gaza.

"This is part of how they exert pressure on the issue of releasing the hostages," he added, according to Reuters.
