Five die from hunger in Gaza as famine conditions grip the besieged enclave

At least five people have died from hunger in the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian Health Ministry said on Thursday.

The ministry said the deaths were directly linked to severe food shortages, which have worsened as Israel’s blockade and military assault continue to cut off vital supplies.
