Flooding from heavy rain leaves over 1,500 tents unusable in Gaza

The floodwaters in northern Gaza City, southern Khan Younis, and central Deir el-Balah have risen above 30cm (12 inches), damaging belongings and leaving displaced families exposed to the cold, the Palestinian Civil Defence reported.

More than 1,500 tents flooded and became unusable in Gaza after days of rain, while hundreds of others have been affected by lower water levels of less than 30cm.
