Hezbollah claims rocket attacks near Ben Gurion Airport, fires more rockets towards Israel, Golan
Lebanese movement Hezbollah claimed responsibility for firing advanced missiles at the Tzrifin Israeli military base near Ben Gurion Airport.
Hezbollah said it launched rockets at the Kfar Szold settlement in the upper Galilee and missiles at the Rawiya military base in Syria’s occupied Golan Heights after the attack on the base, Al Jazeera reported.
The group also reported targeting a Merkava tank in Israel’s Metula settlement with a guided missile, claiming the tank was burned and its crew injured. The group also stated that a house in Metula, occupied by Israeli soldiers at the time, was hit, resulting in unspecified casualties.
