Israel intercepted two drones fired from the east

Israel said that its air force intercepted two drones that were en route to Israel from the east.
According to the Israeli military the drones were intercepted near the Dead Sea before they entered Israeli territory.
Residents in Jerusalem told Middle East Eye they heard loud sounds in the air, in what appeared to be Israeli warplanes scrambling to down the drones.
