Israeli anti-government protests to take place tonight: Haaretz

The Israeli news outlet Haaretz is reporting that protests are planned to take place this evening against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and to call for the release of the hostages.  The demonstrations will also call for early Knesset elections.

Families of the hostages plan also to make a statement in front of the Israeli defence ministry building in Tel Aviv, according to Haaretz.

Protests are planned to be held outside Netanyahu's family home in Caesarea, and in various cities including Haifa, Beersheba and occupied Jerusalem.
