Israeli army arrests Palestinian after car collides with police vehicle in West Bank

The Israeli military has said its forces arrested a Palestinian whose car collided with a police vehicle near an Israeli settlement north of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank.
The army claimed it was a deliberate attack, adding that no casualties were reported.
