Israel's far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir has threatened to bring down the government if a “reckless” deal is reached with Hamas.
There have been reports that a deal could soon be reached between Hamas and Israel on a prisoner swap, which has been criticised by many rightwing politicians in the country.
“A reckless deal = the dismantlement of the government,” the far-right minister posted on X, formerly Twitter.
