Israeli former PM: ICC warrants 'a mark of shame'

Former Israeli PM, Naftali Bennett said said that the the International Criminal Court's decision to issue arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former defence minister Yoav Gallant, are a "mark of shame" for the court.
Israeli opposition leader Yair Lapid said that the move constitutes "reward for terrorism."
