Israeli settlers destroy olive trees in West Bank

Israeli settlers have destroyed around 12 olive trees in the village of Deir Istiya, in the occupied West Bank province of Salfit, Wafa news agency is reporting, citing local sources.

According to the sources, the settlers came from the Yakir illegal outpost north of Salfit.

The trees belonged to local resident Musleh Youssef Mansour.

The latest attack followed a similar incident in which 20 olive trees belonging to Mansour were destroyed.
