At least 60 killed as Israeli forces target aid seekers in Khan Younis

At least 60 Palestinians were killed and hundreds injured by Israeli forces while waiting for aid in Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, a source at Nasser Medical Complex told Al Jazeera Arabic.

The casualties occurred as people gathered to receive humanitarian assistance amid escalating violence. Medical facilities are overwhelmed with the surge of wounded victims.
