Libyan and Egyptian authorities block Gaza solidarity convoys

A spokesperson for the Steadfastness Convoy to Break the Siege on Gaza says authorities in eastern Libya have stopped their group from advancing and severed their internet connection.

The convoy remains stationed in the coastal city of Sirte.

Meanwhile, the Global March to Gaza reports that Egyptian authorities have turned back 40 activists en route to Rafah, returning them to Cairo and seizing their passports.
