Israeli forces blew up a warehouse beneath a residential building in the al-Wakala neighbourhood of Tulkarem refugee camp, Wafa news agency reported.

Defense for Children International Palestine (DCIP) says an Israeli Border Guard sniper shot 16-year-old Adam Majdi Ahmad Sub Laban in the back of the thigh from a military watchtower about 100 meters (328 feet) away. He was left to bleed out north of Jerusalem in the central occupied West Bank on Sunday.
