No Other Land, an Israeli-Palestinian film which tells the story of Palestinians resisting the Israeli occupation and its military's attempts to demolish their homes in the West Bank, won the documentary feature film Oscar on Sunday.

Israeli forces, alongside illegal settlers, attacked the Palestinian community of Masafer Yatta - featured in the documentary No Other Land - destroying their water and solar panels and arresting three people, hours before the film won an Oscar.

Five rights organisations, including Israeli nonprofit Gisha, have asked Israel’s Supreme Court for an interim order barring the Israeli government from preventing aid from entering Gaza, saying the move "constitutes a war crime".
