Injuries among Palestinians were reported on Monday morning as Israeli airstrikes targeted a tent sheltering displaced people in al-Mawasi, west of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

An Israeli bombing hit two schools sheltering displaced people overnight into Monday; one of them is the Yaffa School, in the al-Tuffah neighbourhood of Gaza City, and the other is located in al-Zaytoun neighbourhood eastern Gaza City.

Saraya al-Quds, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement, published footage showing its fighters targeting an Israeli supply line and Israeli soldiers' positions in the Netzarim axis in the Gaza Strip.

Israeli forces stormed the village of Marka, southwest of Jenin, as well as al-Irsal neighborhood in Ramallah, located in the occupied West Bank.

The Nasser Medical Complex located in the southern city of Khan Yunis said numbers of meningitis cases among children have reached a new record of 35 confirmed cases.

The Israeli army confirmed on Monday that dozens of Israeli settlers held ‘violent’ protests at a military base in the central West Bank against the shooting of a teenager over the weekend. The military is investigating if the 14-year-old boy was shot by an Israeli soldier, who fired shots into the air in an altercation with settlers, thinking they were Palestinians.

The Times of Israel quoted Likud lawmakers as saying that the likelihood of the Knesset intervening to end Netanyahu's trial early is extremely slim. But a source told the newspaper that 'members of the ruling coalition discussed linking an agreement to end the Gaza war to a halt to Netanyahu's trial.'
