Here are the latest updates from Gaza and the region, 26 days after a fragile ceasefire between Israel and Hamas:

US has officially distributed the draft resolution on Gaza to the UN Security Council. The document calls for a transitional body for reconstruction and aid management in addition to a "temporary international stabilisation force" that would work with Israel.

Israeli forces have arrested 540 citizens in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem during October, including 8 women and 39 children, according to the Palestinian Prisoners' Media Office.

World Health Organisation, which is set to begin its immunisation campaign in Gaza next week, has stressed the need to maintain the ceasefire.

Approximately 268,000 housing units were destroyed by Israeli forces and 288,000 Palestinian families have been left homeless, Gaza's Government Media Office has reported.

The Israeli army, in renewed violations in Gaza, has demolished several residential buildings east of Gaza City.
