We are on the 88th day of the war on Gaza and the Palestinian death toll in Gaza is officially 21,978 but has most likely surpassed the 22,000 mark.
Israeli bombing escalated in central and southern Gaza as the Israeli military continued to expand its ground offensive even as it announced that it will withdraw some troops from Gaza in a possible sign of a change in war tactics.
