Palestinian Authority accuses Israel of 'ethnic cleansing'

The Palestinian Authority on Monday accused Israel of "ethnic cleansing" in the occupied West Bank, where the Israeli army has been carrying out deadly operations for several weeks.
In a statement, the Palestinian Health Ministry indicated that since the beginning of the year 70 Palestinians, including ten children, had "been killed by the Israeli occupation" in the West Bank, a Palestinian territory occupied by Israel since 1967.
