Reports: Israeli military says senior Hamas member arrested in Jenin

The Israeli military announced on Tuesday that its forces have arrested a Hamas member, identified as Omar al-Fayed.
The military said that they coordinated with the Sin Bet and opened fire on an unidentified gunman.
