Rubio and Saudi counterpart discuss Gaza, Lebanon

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and his Saudi counterpart Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan al-Saud discussed “the path forward in Gaza” in a phone call on Friday, according to a State Department readout of the call. 

The two discussed “ways to advance shared interests in Syria, Lebanon, and across the region, to include Red Sea security and freedom of navigation”, the statement said.
