Senior US official for military support to Israel is leaving Biden administration

US assistant secretary for political-military Affairs Jessica Lewis is departing from the Biden administration after almost three years of service.
During her tenure, the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs significantly increased military support to Israel in response to the October 7 attack.
