Turkey 'completely opposed' to Trump's proposal to 'clean out' Gaza

Turkish foreign minister Hakan Fidan said that the Turkish government is "completely opposed' to US President Donald Trump’s proposal to transfer Palestinians from Gaza to neighbouring countries Jordan and Egypt.

Fidan told a joint news conference in Doha with his Qatari counterpart that the proposal is a violation of humanitarian law, adding that Turkey supports Egypt and Jordan's statement rejecting the plan.
