US concerned about civilian casualties in Tabin school attack, White House says

The US has expressed its "deep" concern about civilian casualties in Gaza following the Israeli bombing on Tabin school, killing more than 100 people, the White House said in a statement.
It said that it was in contact with Israeli officials, who said the attack aimed at targeting senior Hamas members, and asking for details.
The statement pointed out that far too many civilians are being killed and injured in the ongoing war.
