US envoy Witkoff visits Gaza to oversee ceasefire implementation

The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation has reported that US envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, is in Gaza to oversee the enforcement of the ceasefire agreement.

According to Israeli media, Witkoff is set to visit the Netzarim corridor on Wednesday before holding talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the next phase of the deal with Hamas.
