Yoav Gallant says appointment of new Hezbollah chief is 'temporary'

Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant has said that the appointment of Naim Qassem as the new secretary-general of Lebanon's Hezbollah is "temporary".

"Temporary appointment. Not for long," he posted on X, accompanied by a picture of the new Hezbollah chief.
