93 percent of Palestinians in Gaza oppose disarmament

A poll carried out by the Palestinian Centre for Public Opinion in Gaza has revealed 93 percent of people in the enclave oppose the disarmament of “resistance groups”.

87 percent of people are “in favour of a long term truce” while 81 percent support the Palestinian Authority going to the International Criminal Court to “file charges of war crimes committed by Israel” in Gaza.

The poll was carried out between 14 and 19 August involving interviews with 1,000 Palestinians in Gaza.
