Amnesty International says an investigation it carried out proves Israel unlawfully used white phosphorus in Lebanon.
The rights group said the attack occured in Dhayra in south Lebanon on 16 October and should be investigated as a war crime.
Middle East Eye has previously reported the suspected use of white phosphorus in Gaza with Human Rights Watch also accusing Israel of its use.
A new Amnesty investigation has found that the Israeli army indiscriminately, and therefore unlawfully, used white phosphorous in an attack on Dhayra in south Lebanon on 16 October.
