EXCLUSIVE: UN in talks to evacuate 100,000 from east Aleppo

Anonymous UN sources have told Middle East Eye that talks are under way to evacuate 100,000 civilians from east Aleppo. The UN source said that the Russians and Syrians would agree to the evacuation if a 24-hour ceasefire is in place.
