Head of surgery at Al Shifa says hospital is besieged by Israeli forces

The head of surgery at the Al Shifa hospital, Dr Marwan Abu Sada, paints a dark picture on the situation they are facing in Gaza. 

Speaking to Medical Aid for Palestine, Sada describes how no one is able to get out of the Shifa hospital as people are being shot in the streets. 

"No one can get out of the Shifa hospital. No one can come into the Shifa hospital. The situation is very dangerous," Sada told Medical Aid for Palestine. 

""And the people who tried this morning who tried to evacuate from the hospital, they were being shot in the streets. Some of them got killed, some of them have been injured."
