ICC has ongoing investigation into Israel-Palestine war

The prosecutor for the International Criminal Court has said the court’s mandate applies to the current conflict, as it has an ongoing investigation for alleged war crimes committed since 13 June 2014.
“This mandate is ongoing and applies to crimes committed in the current context,” the prosecutors said. Palestine is a member of the ICC.
