Israeli military destroys home of senior Hamas official in occupied West Bank

The Israeli military has destroyed a home in the occupied West Bank owned by senior Hamas official Saleh al-Arouri, in the town of Aroura, northwest of Ramallah.

A video of the bomb blast posted on social media, shows the large stone building in a mountainous village brought down by an explosion.

Arouri is deputy chairman of Hamas’ Politburo and the group’s leader in the occupied West Bank.

While he has expanded Hamas' footprint in the region, he is currently based in Lebanon.
