More than 40,000 housing units destroyed in Gaza: Local officials

Israeli forces have destroyed more than 40,000 housing units in the Gaza Strip, according to local officials. Meanwhile, Israeli bombardments have damaged at least 50 percent of housing units across the besieged strip, officials said.
