Palestinian death toll reaches 830

The Palestinian death toll from four days of Israeli air strikes in Gaza has reached 830, the health ministry said.
More than 4,250 others have been wounded.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces have killed at least 19 Palestinians in the West Bank.
