President Biden told Netanyahu to operate by rules of war

US President Joe Biden said it was “really important” for Israel to adhere to the international laws of war in a call with his Israeli counterpart on Wednesday.
“One thing that I did share is that it is really important that Israel with all the anger, frustration and it just cannot explain it, that exist, is that they operate by the rules of war. The rules of war. And there are rules of war,” Biden said in his call with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Wednesday marked Biden’s fourth call with Netanyahu since Hamas’ surprise attack.
