UN Secretary General: 'Rules of war cannot be contorted for the sake of expediency'

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres said that the rules of war "cannot be contorted for the sake of expediency" on Sunday.
In his statement, he said that the world is now seeing a "humanitarian catastrophe" unfolding before our eyes.
He also warned that the situation in Gaza is "growing more desperate", renewing calls for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire.
