Thousands of Palestinians have fled their homes in the north of the Gaza Strip walking on foot towards the southern part of the territory to escape Israeli strikes, which have so far killed 10,812 people including 4,412 children, according to the Palestinian health ministry pic.twitter.com/6cmG7GpRSy
