Israeli special forces on Friday evening fired live ammunition and stun grenades at a home and wounded at least one man in the village of Tell, West of the city of Nablus in the West Bank, Wafa news agency reported.

Local sources told Wafa that the Israeli forces crept into the village of Tell and surrounded the home of Walid Ishtayeh, and were followed by the arrival of several military vehicles.

The forces then fired live rounds and stun grenades at Ishtayeh's home, while multiple military vehicles stormed the Rafidia area and Academy Street in Nablus.

Israeli military prevented the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) from reaching the wounded man inside the besieged house. The extent of his injuries remains unclear.

The Charity Commission has issued an official warning to a British charity accused of fundraising for the Israeli army and hosting speakers promoting hate speech.

Mizrachi UK has now been red-flagged by the Charity Commission after a seven-month investigation by the watchdog into the charity, following a complaint made by the UK-based International Centre of Justice of Palestinians (ICJP).

In its warning, the Charity Commission ordered Mizrachi UK to implement a series of corrective measures, adding that the case will remain open until trustees fully comply with these requirements.

Details released in the official warning show that Mizrachi UK promoted a fundraising appeal on its website and Facebook page for other organisations, with the stated aim of providing equipment to soldiers in a foreign military. The commission found that this purpose did not further the charity’s objectives for public benefit.

While no evidence was found that Mizrachi UK used its own funds to support the appeal, the commission concluded that using its platforms and resources to promote it was inappropriate, not in the charity’s best interests, and risked damaging its reputation.

Israel said a strike on a Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon killed 13 members of Hamas, something the group denied.

Israeli forces hit the Ein el-Hilweh refugee camp near Lebanon’s Sidon on Tuesday, claiming it was a Hamas "training camp."

Hamas said it has no training camps there and called its attack “a barbaric aggression against our innocent Palestinian people", while locals said children were among those killed in the attack.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health identified the two killed as Amr Khaled Ahmed al-Marbou, 18, and Sami Ibrahim Sami Mashayekh, 16.

Israeli forces stormed Kafr Aqab overnight on Friday, deploying ground forces, according to local media. Snipers positioned on the rooftops of several buildings opened fire on civilian crowds, killing two and wounding several others.

Earlier, the Palestine Red Crescent Society reported that its teams were treating two young men who had been seriously wounded by Israeli live ammunition.

They were both transferred to the nearby Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, where they were pronounced dead.

An Israeli drone attack on Friday injured four children in northern Gaza’s Beit Lahiya area, Palestinian news agency Wafa reported.

The children were taken to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, according to the report.

Earlier reports said an Israeli helicopter fired its machine guns towards the eastern areas of the Jabalia refugee camp, coinciding with gunfire from Israeli drones.

Unicef said at least 67 children have been killed in the Gaza Strip by Israeli army fire since the ceasefire came into effect on 10 October.

The UN children's fund said in a statement that the average number of child victims has reached two per day since the beginning of the truce.

The West has spent two years partnering with Israel in its campaign of wanton destruction in Gaza.

Now the United States - with the permission of a cowed United Nations Security Council - has appointed Donald Trump to preside over the ruins.

Like a Roman emperor, the US president will be able to dictate the fate of Gaza’s people with a simple gesture. Whatever he decides - whether the thumb turns up or down - it will be called "peace".

Trump’s most likely side-kick in this depraved charade will be Tony Blair, the former British prime minister. He won his war-crime spurs more than 20 years ago, when he joined one of Trump’s predecessors, George W Bush, in launching an illegal invasion of Iraq and a subsequent, catastrophic occupation that left that country in ruins too.

Satire cannot do justice to this moment.

The eradication of Gaza could be achieved only with the complete hollowing out of international law - the legal global order that was established many decades ago to prevent a third world war and the horrors of the Holocaust.

Marking the demise of that era, the Security Council voted 13-0 this week to endorse Trump’s "peace plan" for Gaza, with only Russia and China daring to abstain.

Israeli media on Friday reported that a decision to form a ministerial team to work on implementing the second phase of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza had been made.

The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation said that Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar, National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich will be among the team.

On 10 November, US envoy Jared Kushner and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met in Jerusalem to discuss the second phase of the ceasefire deal in Gaza.

Spokesperson for the Israeli prime minister's office, Shosh Bedrosian, told journalists that phase two also includes the establishment of the international stabilisation force.

"Together the two discussed... the future of phase two of this plan, which includes the disarming of Hamas, demilitarising Gaza and ensuring Hamas will have no role in the future of Gaza ever again," Bedrosian said.

Israeli settler groups on Friday planted thousands of Israeli flags along Highway 60 in the occupied West Bank, saying they aim to “reclaim visibility” in the area.

"A flagpole every 40 meters. Both sides of the road. Through Arab areas too," Israel Today wrote, sharing photos on its Telegram channel.

Israeli media described the move as a "youth-led initiative" by Yeshiva student Eyal Spiegel and about 100 volunteers who placed roughly 2,000 flags over 17km between Ramallah and Nablus.

Yeshivas are traditional Jewish educational institutions focused on the study of Rabbinic literature, primarily the Talmud.

Spiegel told Israeli media the effort was meant to strengthen a sense of “security and belonging” for Israelis in the area. Organisers say they plan to expand the campaign.

Israeli media on Friday reported that settler groups placed the "first temporary homes" in a new settlement established on Wednesday night by illegally grabbing Palestinian land in the Gush Etzion area near the city of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.

The move was publicly announced Thursday by council head Yaron Rosenthal, who made no attempt to obscure the symbolism or intent, Israel Today reported.

The news website quoted Rosenthal declaring: "The return to the ancestral city of King David and Rachel as a national and spiritual triumph."

The report said that the "new village" near Bethlehem deepens Israeli hold over the strategic corridor connecting Gush Etzion to Jerusalem.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday said that Israel will not allow a Palestinian state to exist, calling it an "existential threat".

During an interview with Israeli news outlet Abu Ali Express, Netanyahu said Israel would not budge on the issue even to secure normalisation with Saudi Arabia.

“It’s possible that the conditions could come to be, but the conditions would have to be acceptable to both sides, good for both sides,” he said.

“If it comes together, great, and if not, we’ll protect our vital interests,” he added.
