The evacuation is part of a series of medical transfers organised by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Lebanon's health ministry said on Sunday that Israeli strikes on the country's south and east had killed three people, despite an ongoing ceasefire deal.
Israel claimed it had targeted two members of Hezbollah, without providing any evidence.
Officials said one person had been killed in an "Israeli enemy strike" on a car in Naqoura, in Tyre province, while another strike on a vehicle in Nabi Sheet, in the country's eastern Baalbek region, resulted in another fatality.
Later, the health ministry said a further strike on the town of al-Hafir, also in the Baalbek area, resulted in the death of a Syrian national and an injury to another Syrian.
Punk singer Bobby Vylan, who called for "death" to the Israeli army, said pro-Israeli lobby groups were trying to silence him after a UK airline dropped its sponsorship of Louis Theroux’s podcast following his interview.
On Saturday, British Airways said it had withdrawn its adverts from the podcast after Vylan’s appearance.
Vylan, the frontman of Bob Vylan, described the move as a “scare tactic” intended to deter others from giving him a platform.

Israel carries out attacks in Gaza at its own discretion and "does not seek anyone's approval," Haaretz reported Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu saying on Sunday.
Netanyahu said he was rejecting claims that the US government "controls" him and "dictates Israel's security policy.
Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke has said he would not perform in Israel today, eight years after the band defied calls from pro-Palestinian activists by playing a concert in Tel Aviv.

Israeli media is reporting that three former Israeli captives have been discharged from hospital after spending two weeks in the medical facility.
The three former captives, Evyatar David, Guy Gilboa-Dalal, and Eitan Mor, were discharged from Beilinson Hospital in the city of Petah Tikva.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel will determine which countries may contribute troops to a planned international force to be deployed in Gaza as part of a ceasefire under US President Donald Trump's plan.
It remains unclear whether Arab or other states will be willing to commit soldiers, partly due to Hamas’ refusal to disarm as stipulated by the plan, as well as Israel's concerns about the makeup of the force.
While the Trump administration has ruled out sending US soldiers into the Gaza Strip, it has been speaking to Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, Turkey and Azerbaijan to contribute to the multinational force.
"We are in control of our security, and we have also made it clear regarding international forces that Israel will determine which forces are unacceptable to us, and this is how we operate and will continue to operate," Netanyahu said.
"This is, of course, acceptable to the United States as well, as its most senior representatives have expressed in recent days," he told a session of his cabinet.
Last week, Netanyahu said he would be opposed to any role for Turkish security forces in Gaza.

The Yellow Line, agreed in the ceasefire deal between Hamas and Israel, allows Israel to maintain control over 58 percent of the Gaza Strip.
The United Nations has reported that Israeli forces have killed at least 40 children in the occupied West Bank this year.

Ocha also noted that 3,000 people have been displaced by settler violence in the occupied West Bank.

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas issued a new decree on Sunday outlining the procedure to be followed if the presidency becomes vacant.
Under the new rules, the deputy chair of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) Executive Committee would temporarily assume the presidency in the absence of a Palestinian Legislative Council.
The decree stipulates that elections for a new president must be held within 90 days, though the period may be extended if conditions prevent voting.
Abbas introduced the decree as an attempt to "protect the Palestinian political system" and ensure a "peaceful transfer of power through free and fair elections".

He added that the decision followed discussions with senior US officials.
