Al Jazeera is reporting that Israeli air strikes on Monday have killed at least three people in displacement camps west of Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip, including a child.

There has been little to no reprieve for families in the Strip on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, as food shortages intensify and Israeli bombings ramp up.

Bakeries in northern Gaza have run out of flour and will not be operating tomorrow, according to a local NGO.

The Palestinian Non-Governmental Organisation Network said Palestinians were at risk of hunger if the international community did not pressure Israel and force it to return to the ceasefire agreement.

Bakeries supported by the UN’s World Food Programme in the southern Gaza Strip are also expected to close today.

A Knesset member from Israel's ruling Likud party has said he wants to "cleanse" the Gaza Strip of Palestinians before they launch another attack.

Amit Halevi told Radio 103FM on Sunday that "occupation is the nature of war".

“We want to occupy the territory to cleanse it of the enemy - otherwise, it will kill your children and kidnap your grandchildren again,” he said.

“For many months we have only been dealing with tactics and not with defeating Hamas.”

Speaking about the negotiations for a hostage-ceasefire deal, Halevi said that there was no possibility of ending Israel's attacks on Gaza.

Israeli forces have bombed a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians in al-Mawasi, southern Gaza, killing two people and wounding others, according to Al Jazeera Arabic.

Al-Mawasi, labelled a "humanitarian safe zone" by Israel, has been anything but safe. Despite designating it as a refuge, Israeli forces have repeatedly targeted the area throughout the war.

Earlier today, Palestinians in Rafah were ordered to flee to al-Mawasi. Hours later, the bombs followed them.

The media committee of Jenin camp says Israeli forces have destroyed more than 3,250 housing units in the occupied West Bank camp. Some were outright destroyed, while others were seized and turned into military barracks.

Jenin, a flashpoint of Palestinian resistance, has been repeatedly targeted in Israel’s relentless military operations. With thousands now displaced, the camp is being systematically gutted—one home at a time.

Israeli forces launched a series of raids across the occupied West Bank this morning, striking towns including Nablus, Tammun near Tubas, Qabatiya near Jenin, and Husan near Bethlehem, according to Wafa news agency.

In Nablus and Asira ash-Shamaliya, soldiers entered homes, rifled through personal belongings, and detained residents for questioning. Meanwhile, in Tammun, Qabatiya, and Husan, military vehicles flooded the streets as forces raided more homes and conducted violent searches.

Chilling footage from the UN’s humanitarian agency (OCHA) captures the grim reality in Tal as-Sultan, Gaza’s Rafah governorate. Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) and Civil Defence workers are seen unearthing a mass grave.

The video shows them pulling corpses from the sand where rescuers also recovered 14 bodies on Sunday.

Jonathan Whittall, Ocha’s head in Palestine, describes the horror: “Seven days ago, Civil Defence and PRCS ambulances arrived at the scene. One by one, they were hit, they were struck. Their bodies were gathered and buried in this mass grave.”

“We’re digging them out in their uniforms, with their gloves on. They were here to save lives. Instead, they ended up in a mass grave. Their vehicles, their ambulances, UN vehicles, civil defence vehicles are crushed and dumped, covered in sand next to us. It’s absolute horror what has happened here. This should never happen. Healthcare workers should never be a target.”

The Israeli army has announced plans to change the layout of the Palestinian refugee camps in the cities of Jenin and Tulkarm as part of a large-scale military operation in the northern occupied West Bank that has been ongoing since late January.

The plans aim to completely wipe out the Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams refugee camps, transforming them into neighbourhoods within the two cities, with the goal of preventing them from serving as "incubators for terrorist organisations," the military was quoted as saying by Israeli media.

On the ground, demolition operations are being carried out daily, with the Israeli military issuing repeated warnings to hundreds of Palestinian families about the impending destruction of their homes. These families have been unable to legally challenge the orders, as the target is stated as purely military.

Saleh al-Zuhairi, a member of the Popular Committee for Services in Nur Shams camp, told Middle East Eye that Israel's plan is already being implemented in the camp. The army is dividing it into sections and opening main streets, each at least 10 metres wide and over 500 metres long.

A recently constructed street in the camp runs vertically from one end to the other, alongside several horizontal streets. No fewer than six of these streets will remain intact within the camp.

Israel’s Arabic-language spokesman has issued yet another forced expulsion order for Rafah, warning that the military is about to “resume intense combat operations” in the southern Gaza city.

Avichay Adraee warned residents in most of Rafah, along with those in al-Nasr and al-Shawka, to flee immediately to al-Mawasi—a narrow coastal zone already packed with displaced Palestinians struggling to survive.

Israeli Army Radio described it as the most “extensive evacuation since the resumption of fighting.” In other words, another brutal offensive is on the horizon.

Al-Haq is demanding that governments worldwide impose an arms embargo on Israel, accusing it of intensifying its campaign to “fragment” Palestinian communities in the occupied West Bank through relentless land grabs and home demolitions.

The Ramallah-based rights group is also calling for sanctions on Israeli officials responsible for the destruction of Palestinian homes, along with the corporations supplying the machines that make it possible. Among them: South Korea’s Hyundai, the UK’s JCB, and Sweden’s Volvo—companies whose bulldozers have become tools of forced displacement in the West Bank.

“States must use every means at their disposal to compel Israel to respect international law,” Al-Haq said, urging “a two-way arms embargo against Israel” and “targeted sanctions on complicit persons and institutions.”
