The armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group, the al-Quds Brigades, aired footage of two Israeli captives to be released from Gaza on Thursday as part of a ceasefire deal between its ally Hamas and Israel.
The two captives, Gadi Moses and Arbel Yehud, were seen hugging each other and smiling in the video clip filmed at an unknown location.
Hamas will hand over captives set for release in two separate locations north and south of the Gaza Strip as part of the third part of the exchange deal between Hamas and Israel, Quds News Network reported.
Al-Qassam Brigades deployed around the house of the slain Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip, ahead of today's captive release, Quds News Network reported.
Hamas is set to hand over the captives to the Red Cross from around 9am (7:00 GMT), though there could be delays, according to The Times of Israel. The publication said the Israeli army is prepared for the scenario where the captives are released in more than one location in Gaza, including in the Strip’s south.
The captives being released in the coming hours are surveillance soldier Agam Berger and civilians Arbel Yehoud, Gadi Mozes, and five Thai nationals.

Israeli forces arrested 26 Palestinians across the occupied West Bank early Thursday, according to Wafa news agency.
At least eight Palestinians were detained in the Tulkarem governorate, including five in the town of Qaffin, one in Anabta, one in Faroun village, and one in the city of Tulkarem.
The report also stated that three people were arrested in Bir al-Basha village in the Jenin governorate.
In addition, the military raided the town of al-Ubeidiya, east of Bethlehem, and arrested 11 Palestinians. Four more Palestinians were arrested during a raid on the Dheisheh refugee camp, south of Bethlehem.

The attack came as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met US President Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff Before the meeting, Witkoff visited the Netzarim Corridor inside the Gaza Strip, becoming the first American official to enter the besieged Gaza Strip in more than a decade.
