Israel says it intercepted rocket launched from Gaza

Israel's military said on Friday morning it intercepted a rocket launched from Gaza, after it activated its alarm system near the enclave.
Israeli media outlets reported earlier that sirens were being turned on in southern Israel. There was no immediate comment from Palestinian armed groups.
