Medics: 11 Palestinians wounded in Khan Younis following Israeli attack

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) announced on Saturday that at least 11 displaced Palestinians have been wounded.
The displaced Palestinians were wounded after Israeli forces threw smoke bombs in the PRCS headquarters.
