Israeli air strike kills at least two in Lebanon

An Israeli air strike on Tuesday killed at least two and injured six in the southern Lebanese town of Hanin, Lebanon's official news agency NNA said.

"Israeli warplanes struck a two-story house with two air-to-surface missiles, completely destroying the building which was inhabited by a family that had not left the town since Israeli attacks began," NNA said.

Israeli forces and Hezbollah have engaged in continuous clashes for over six months, concurrent with the Gaza war, marking the most severe hostilities since their 2006 war.
