Palestinian Authority welcomes ICJ ruling

The Palestinian Authority has applauded the ICJ ruling ordering Israel to immediately halt its operations in Rafah.
A Palestinian presidency spokesperson told Reuters that the decision reflects "an international consensus" to end Israel's war on Gaza.
