Thirty-nine Palestinians killed in Israeli raids on Saturday

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip told Al Jazeera that 39 Palestinians have been killed so far on Saturday in Israeli raids across the enclave.
Twenty-seven of those killed were in northern Gaza.
