Anniversary of Israeli tank attack that killed 6-year-old Hind Rajab in Gaza
Today marks one year since the death of Palestinian girl Hind Rajab, who was killed by an Israeli tank shell in Gaza City.
The young girl, just six years old, was in a family car when the Israeli tank fired at close range and then followed up with a shell which also struck the ambulance dispatched to assist.
The Hind Rajab Foundation commemorated the painful anniversary, vowing to honour her memory. “We carry her name with pain, hope and an unyielding determination to seek justice – for her and for all the victims of the Gaza genocide,” they wrote on X.
