EU says Iran must not have 'nuclear weapon' after US strikes

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, has warned that Iran must not be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon, calling it a threat to international security.
In a post on X on Sunday, Kallas urged all parties to “step back, return to the negotiating table, and prevent further escalation.”
She confirmed that EU foreign ministers will convene tomorrow to discuss the rising tensions and explore diplomatic solutions.
Iran must not be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon, as it would be a threat to international security.
